Juan Manuel Lopez and Rafael Marquez both weighed in at 125.5 pounds for this weekend's WBO featherweight title fight during Friday's official weigh-ins at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Many are expecting Saturday's title fight, which has been billed as Puerto Rico vs. Mexico, to be a fight-of-the-year candidate. The bout had originally been scheduled to take place on Sept. 18, but was postponed when Marquez suffered a hand injury.

Marquez (39-5, 35 KO) widely is considered to be the toughest test so far for the undefeated Lopez (29-0, 25 KO). Should Lopez get through the two-time world champion, it likely would set the stage for a showdown with IBF champion Yuriorkis Gamboa in 2011.

Joining Lopez on stage Friday were two former Puerto Rican boxing stars, Felix Trinidad and Alfredo Gomez.

Also weighing in for Saturday's event, which starts at 4 p.m. and will be televised live on Showtime, were Super Six Tournament fighters Glen Johnson and Allan Green.

Johnson, who admitted he initially was worried about dropping to the super-middleweight division for the first time in 10 years, came in at 167 pounds. Green weighed in a pound heavier at 168.

Both Johnson and Green were called upon as replacements for injured fighters in the Super Six Tournament. The winner of Saturday's bout will advance to the next round.
